Since most of our products are custom and made to order, we cannot offer returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us right away and you will be offered a store credit or exchange if eligible. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. We do not offer cash refunds. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All items are shipped by Canada Post in Vancouver, BC. Order will be shipped within 5 business days of order. *This only applies to readily available items, not custom pieces. Custom orders can take up to 10 days to ship.* We cannot guarantee delivery date so please order with ample time, especially during the holiday season. Shipping fees are non refundable once they have been paid. Shipping within Canada is $2, shipping to the United States is $4, and all other international shipping is $10. The Anxious Beader is not responsible for lost in mail items should you decide to have your order shipped. If you should experience an issue it’s recommended you open a case with Canada Post.

IT IS FURTHER RECOMMENDED THAT YOU FREQUENTLY CHECK THE JEWELRY BEFORE AND AFTER WEARING TO ENSURE ITS INTEGRITY. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU INSPECT THE JEWELRY AFTER WEAR AND IT APPEARS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, DO NOT PUT IT ON YOUR CHILD AGAIN.
IN ADDITION, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CHOKING CAN HAPPEN IF JEWELRY BREAKS AND A SMALL BEAD ENTERS THE CHILD’S THROAT OR AIRWAY.
PLEASE BE FURTHER ADVISED THAT STRANGULATION CAN OCCUR IF A NECKLACE IS WRAPPED TOO TIGHTLY AROUND THE CHILD’S NECK OR IF A NECKLACE CATCHES AN OBJECT SUCH AS A CRIB OR PIECE OF FURNITURE.
PLEASE BE FURTHER ADVISED THAT INFANTS AND CHILDREN MAY CHEW, LICK, OR OTHERWISE INSERT JEWELRY INTO MOUTH, WHICH IS NOT ONLY A CHOKING HAZARD, BUT MAY ALSO LEAD TO INFECTION OR INJURY TO THE MOUTH.
